Refund policy

Once payment is complete on purchases of patterns, no refunds will be given.

Please contact me prior to returning or exchanging an item you purchased for return instructions.  Returns/exchanges are accepted on physical products within 7 days of purchase. Purchase price will be refunded once the item is received and is in original condition les a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
